Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of MeridianMarketFlowAPI's website, dashboard, and API (the "Services"). By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts and security

You are responsible for:

  • maintaining accurate account information
  • protecting your credentials and API keys
  • all activity that occurs under your account

2. Subscription and payments

Subscriptions are billed monthly. When a free trial is offered, new users may receive a trial period; at the end of the trial the subscription converts to a paid plan. You authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your payment method automatically per your plan unless you cancel before the next billing date.

3. License to use the Services

Subject to these Terms and your plan, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for internal business purposes and to build applications that call the API.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • bypass rate limits or access controls
  • use the Services to violate laws or third-party rights
  • interfere with or disrupt the Services
  • attempt to reverse engineer or exploit vulnerabilities
  • use automated methods that materially degrade performance (abusive scraping, excessive load)

5. Refunds and cancellations

All payments are final and non-refundable once a paid billing period begins. We do not provide prorated refunds. For details, see our Billing, Cancellation & Refund Policy.

6. Disclaimers (including investment disclaimer)

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly accurate.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MeridianMarketFlowAPI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, abused the Services, or created a security risk.
